If Cupcakes Were Gold...

... I'd be rich.  Too bad they're not.  Here's my fridge at the moment.

Here's my newest invention:  a fool proof way to keep the kids out of the gold mine.  (One in particular will sleep eat-- or maybe he is truly awake at 4 a.m. when he makes waffles.)  This is the first time I've ever done this... couldn't take a chance.

Here's the inside of a Key Lime Pie Filled Cupcake.  If you look very closely, you can see the filling.  The strawberry filled (although much better tasting) was not so photogenic.  Shux.
